In CDT, Lugas leads overall business operations, ensures that company’s productivity remains high, and guides marketing strategies direction to earn better outcomes.

Director
Fenny currently holds the position of Director at Central Data Technology (CDT). Starting their career as a Marketing Officer in 2012, within a relatively short period of time, because of their positive work principles, willingness to learn, and sharp intuition, Fenny has become the youngest director in the history of CTI Group.
Fenny now leads the business transformation at CDT by building the company’s competencies, educating the market, changing systems and corporate culture with the result that in its fourth year, managing to make the Cloud business the second-largest revenue contributor in CDT.

GM of Customer Business Growth
Wenly with a strong IT background since 2009, brought his expertise to CDT in 2020 as a Product Division Manager, driving success in Hitachi Vantara and later F5 Solutions.
His leadership led to his promotion as General Manager in 2024. In 2025, he took on a broader responsibility focusing on customer success and business expansion.
Agnis Nanda Rini S
GM of AWS Technology Delivery
Agnis Nanda Rini S joining CDT in 2018 as AWS CDT Technical Team Leader, quickly proved her leadership, earning Best Leader in 2019.
With strong expertise in Technical Cloud and NCC Managed Service, she now serves as General Manager – AWS Technology Delivery, continuing her journey in cloud innovation since starting her career in 2015.

Manager of AWS
Nathasya starting as a Product Specialist in 2019, has always approached her role with passion and a drive for excellence, delivering impactful results and earning Best Front-Liner in 2021.
Now leading as the Manager Product of AWS, she remains committed to fostering excellence, driving innovative strategies, and achieving impactful success across market segments.
Zikrillah
Manager of Infra & Network Security
Zikrillah with a strong foundation in IT since 2015, joined CDT in January 2019 as a Presales. His expertise led to his promotion as Team Lead Network and Security in 2022.
Continuing to grow, he took on a larger role as Manager in 2025. Dedicated to excellence, Zikrillah believes that continuous learning is key to navigating the evolving IT landscape.
Ivan Sebastian
Manager of Channel & Product
Ivan Sebastian started his journey with CDT in 2022 as Team Leader for Hitachi Vantara. His dedication and growth mindset earned him a promotion to Manager of Hitachi Vantara Product & Channel Team in 2024.
Passionate about IT since 2014, Ivan believes passion and persistence are keys to success.
Farizal Andrian
Manager of Solution Architecture
Farizal Andrian joining CTI Group in 2016 as a System Engineer, demonstrated expertise in cloud solutions and leadership, advancing to AWS Solution Architect and Technical Team Leader.
In 2024, he continues to lead with excellence, advancing cloud and enterprise security solutions.
Vanessya Sanders
Manager of ISV & Start-up Acquisition
Vanessya Sanders embarked on her career at CDT in 2018 as a Channel Account Manager. She transitioned into the role of Product Specialist and by 2021 was leading diverse tech teams.
Now, in 2025, Vanessya steps into a pivotal strategic role where she aims to accelerate innovation.
Gita Meilani
Manager Product Strategist
Since starting her IT journey in 2020, Gita Meilani has shown rapid growth at CDT. Joining in 2021 as an F5 Product Specialist, she advanced to Team Leader in 2023.
Her achievements include Best Rookie 2021 and Best Frontliner 2022, highlighting her commitment to excellence.
